Shipping confirmation
After 1 - 2 working days, you will receive a second e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped to the indicated recipient. To speed up delivery time, larger orders will be split in more than one package (at no extra charge).
Delivery
Your order will be processed and sent by registered mail to the indicated recipient within 2 Israeli business days. Delivery time is usually 10 business days to USA. All products are safely packaged and fully insured against mail loss or damage.
Our refund policy
Every item we ship has been has been carefully inspected before shipping.
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, or you are not
satisfied, please wrap it back properly and send it to Luzzati, Havatikim

We will provide a complete refund without penalties to any customer who
initiates a return of products to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
